Pets are members of your family, so it’s only natural to want to include them in your wedding day celebration! Luckily, there are many fun and creative ways to do it! In this blog post, we will discuss some of our favorite ways to include your pets on your wedding. Whether you want them to play an important role or just be a part of the fun, we have plenty of ideas that will work for you.

1. Name a signature cocktail after them

This idea is becoming increasingly popular in the wedding world. If you’re having a signature cocktail at your wedding, why not name it after your pet? It’s a fun way to include your pet in an unexpected way that is sure to be a hit with everyone.

2. Adorn them with a special wreath or outfit

This idea is a great way to show your guests that your pet is not only a part of the festivities, but he looks the part! You can find outfits that match your wedding attire, like pet dresses, bowties, and dress shoes! Or, you can opt for a simpler version by purchasing a flower wreath from your florist or a generic one from Amazon.

3. Add their images/illustrations/names to unexpected places

For a personal touch, add your pet’s image or name to some unexpected places. This is a great way to include your pets on your wedding day without making it too over-the-top. You can add their image or illustration to things like your save the dates, invitations, programs, and even thank you cards! If you want to include them the day of, consider adding their images/illustrations/names to welcome signs, place cards, cake toppers, or even party favors.

Pets+photos=memories that will last a lifetime! Include your pet in some of your wedding day photos by having your photographer snap a few shots of you and your furry friend. For an extra special element to your big day, consider setting up a special photo booth where guests can take pictures with your pet & some other fun props.
